Conveyancing Locum - What I charge:
Residential Conveyancing £210.00 per day (no VAT)
Commercial or Mixed Residential and Commercial £238.00 per day (no VAT)
SPECIAL OFFER: I am offering a 15% reduction in my charges and flexible working periods for all bookings for placements in November and December 2009 and January 2010.
A working day is from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm. A working week is Monday to Friday inclusive.
Mileage Charge: Within a radius (as the crow flies) of 20 miles of either my address in Somerset or in Devon I do not charge mileage or car parking.Beyond the 20 mile radius I charge mileage between the 20 mile radius and your office and return to the same point at 40p per mile.
Deposit: Unless otherwise agreed one quarter of my fees are payable at the time of booking and the balance at the end of the last day of the booking or weekly in the case of an engagement which lasts for more than one week.
My terms of engagement:
A copy of my Terms of Business will be supplied at the time of confirmation of your booking. These Terms can be supplied before a booking is made on receipt of a written request. In cases of repeat bookings another full copy of the Terms of Business will not be supplied unless there has been any alteration in the Terms of Business since your last booking but a Schedule to the Terms of Buisiness to cover that booking will be supplied..
